Terms & Conditions
Please note before making a purchase that any item returned will take up to 14 working days to be refunded back to you. If there is any fault with your item please notify us within 48hrs of receiving the goods.
All parcels returned to Sender due to the customer entering an invalid/incomplete address the customer will incur the charge of the original postage plus the cost of postage to return the item back to us.
Any sunglasses returned must include all packaging and cases.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not content with your item or the goods are in any way faulty or there is an issue with your order, you MUST contact us within 24 hours after you have received your parcel so that we can resolve the issue. Having informed us by email within 24 hours we will gladly assist you with your inquiry.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the faulty goods are returned to us within 7 working days and you will be given an exchange or refund.
Delivery Information
We’ve got your delivery covered.We provide worldwide shipping with an extra cost all dependent on where you are, Mon – Fri.
Please note, our couriers do not operate on Bank Holidays and we’re closed Sunday.
All orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day for either next day delivery or on a standard service.
All orders placed AFTER 4pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day e.g: Order placed 4.30 Monday for next day delivery will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed at 1.30pm Monday for a next day service will be processed the same day and delivered on the Tuesday.
Returns must reach us no later than 14 working days from the date you receive the item we will not accept returns after this time has passed.
